Why do I need to book in advance? Can’t I just hail your car on the street like a taxi?
Italian transport law requires that all passengers transported in our vehicles must have made a prior reservation.
How can I book?
You can book directly from our website, via email, by phone, or via WhatsApp by providing a complete description of your request.
In case of emergencies or operational changes to flights or delays, what should I do?
You can call the drivers directly to inform them of any changes or delays.
Is smoking allowed in your vehicles? Do they have air conditioning? How many passenger seats are available?
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. All our vehicles are equipped with air conditioning. We have cars/minibuses that can accommodate up to 16 passengers.
How far in advance can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the transport without penalties.
What happens if my arrival flight is delayed?
We will guarantee your reservation if you inform us of the delay.
